Who’s Jen?
In 2004, armed with curiosity and plenty of persistence, I read everything I could on digital marketing and lay the groundwork for my first website. On it, I gave away free dog treat recipes. (important business lesson #1 – don’t make “free” the cornerstone of your business unless you have a trust fund.)
It didn’t make me “quit your day job” money, however, I DID make thousands over the years.
Even better, I learned the ins and outs of SEO, list building, copywriting, affiliate sales and plenty of other useful lessons I could later apply to my freelance writing and marketing business.
Since 2011, I’ve helped entrepreneurs and small business owners grow their businesses using proven marketing strategies.
Some of my favorite clients are creative service professionals – coaches, therapists, and course creators.
When not engrossed in writing sales-worthy copy or developing products to help simplify marketing for creative professionals you can find me reading a novel, cooking a meal or practicing my downward facing dog.
