Are You Confused by Social Media Marketing?
If you want to put social media marketing to work for your business, you’re not alone.
But, if you’re like a lot of the small businesses I work with, you feel like you’re spinning your wheels.
Your Facebook “likes” are stagnating, you want to leverage LinkedIn and YouTube and you don’t know where to start.
Social media marketing is not a “get rich quick” scheme.
Yet, if you implement a good social media marketing plan, share great content and are consistent, your ROI (return on investment) can be referrals on steroids!
“50% of small business owners reported gaining new customers through social media – most notably through Facebook and LinkedIn.” Mediabistro
I show organizations how to develop goals and objectives that spin social media strategies into actionable steps so you see profitable results.
For example, how would you like to use Facebook to grow your email list by 300 people within 2 days? It’s possible with the right tools and offer.
Since 2010, I’ve trained nonprofits, business owners and marketing professionals on developing and implementing effective social media strategies and the mechanics of using “Facebook for Business”, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Here’s what one seminar attendee said:
“I was in a class that Jen taught: CREATE YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA BUZZ today. WOW! Within the first 30 minutes I got my money’s worth. By the end of the program I had a list of ‘to do’s regarding my social media strategy. Great job! Thanks.”
Social Media Strategy
Back in 2008 or 2009, it wasn’t critical to have much of a plan for your social media marketing, you could simply wing it and see what worked. Before every corner pizza shop invited you to “like” them on Facebook, it was easier to stand out and find your prospects.
However, today’s social media marketing requires a more sophisticated approach.
I work with small to medium size businesses to create social media strategies that are simple with your resources in mind. If you have a marketing department, great, I’ll work with them to ensure your social media marketing is integrated with other marketing efforts.
If you are the marketing department, I’ll create a plan with step by step instructions for you so you’ll know what to do and when.
Social Media Trainings
From in person one on one sessions to small groups to speaking at large conferences, I’ve led or co-presented social media trainings to hundreds of professionals like you.
Here’s what a couple of past attendees have said about my seminars.
“Just wanted to say thanks for the social media class. With your help, I’m up and running on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn and able to offer my clients several ways to connect with me around issues that matter to small and mid-sized nonprofits. You made it possible.” Thanks very much,
